Who We Are
We're a team of four long-standing professional landlords with deep roots in the UK property industry — some of us have been in the game since 1961. Between us, we've managed hundreds of tenancies, navigated every regulation change, and seen the industry transform over the decades.
As portfolios have grown, so has the sheer volume of behind-the-scenes work. Certificate renewals, rent tracking, tenant communications, compliance paperwork — what used to be manageable with a notebook and a phone call now demands serious organisation.
Fortunately, members of our team also have hands-on programming experience. That rare combination of real landlord knowledge and technical skill has allowed us to build Rent Logger from the ground up — not as outsiders guessing what landlords need, but as people who live it every day.

Our Story
Rent Logger started as a personal project to solve our own problems. We were tired of juggling spreadsheets, chasing certificate renewals, and losing track of tenant details across multiple portfolios. We knew there had to be a better way.
Most property management software on the market felt like it was built for letting agents, not independent landlords. Features were either overkill or missing the point entirely. So we set out to build something different — a platform shaped by decades of real-world landlord experience.
Every feature in Rent Logger exists because we needed it ourselves. From automated compliance alerts and rent tracking to WhatsApp messaging and contractor coordination, it's all been designed to save time and reduce the stress of running a portfolio.
