How to use the badge
Email signature (recommended)
Link to the hosted image so it loads reliably in Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail. We recommend 280px wide in signatures — use the HTML below or insert the downloaded PNG if your client does not support remote images.

In Thunderbird, allow remote images for your account if the badge does not appear (Settings → Privacy & Security). If your client cannot load hosted images, insert the downloaded PNG into your signature instead.
Website or documents
Add the badge to your letting website, tenant welcome packs, or PDF footers. Keep clear space around the logo and use it on a white or very light background where possible.
Usage guidelines
The Landlord Member badge is for active Rent Logger subscribers only. By using it, you confirm your membership is in good standing.
- Use in email signatures, website footers, and tenant-facing correspondence.
- Link directly to the hosted image URL so it stays up to date if we refresh the artwork.
- Do not alter the colours, proportions, or wording on the badge.
- Do not use the badge to imply endorsement of third-party products or services.
- Remove the badge from your materials if your Rent Logger subscription ends.
