What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as direct debit for annual plans.
Is my data secure?

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, annual billing saves you 15% compared to monthly billing. Simply toggle to ‘Annual’ on the pricing cards above to see your discounted rates.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. Our Portfolio Plus plan includes 2 hours of migration assistance. For all other plans, we're happy to assist with migration from other platforms at an hourly rate of £60. We'll discuss your needs upfront and provide an estimated cost before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Does Rent Logger include accounting software?
Rent Logger is not an accounting platform — we leave that to the experts at Xero. Instead, we integrate seamlessly with Xero to give you the best of both worlds. Use Rent Logger to manage your tenancies, certificates, and the day-to-day operations of your property business, while Xero handles your full accounting, tax reporting, and everything your accountant needs access to.
What if I don't have Xero or don't want to use it?
That's absolutely fine. Xero is completely optional and every plan works without it. All features — property management, certificate tracking, tenant communications, maintenance, and more — will continue to work as normal. The only things you'll miss out on are automated compliant invoice generation and payment reminders, which rely on Xero. You can always connect Xero later if you change your mind.
