Add a statement manually
Enter a remittance by hand when there is no PDF, or the scan is not usable. Scanning a PDF is in Agent statement scanner.
1. When to use it
Use Add statement for a statement you type in, rather than extract.
2. Add the statement
Open New agent statement and enter the income, deductions, and net payout.
In the app
- Agents
- Agent Statements
- Add statement
- Save with Save as draft or Save & Approve.
3. Then post
After the statement is approved, use the same Review Xero Posting path as a scanned statement.
